Upper Current River Pow Wow 2008

The Western Cherokee Nation shall be held blameless and shall be held harmless for any injury or injuries, damage(s) or loss or losses suffered by any person or persons that are upon the Western Cherokee Nation Capitol Complex (Pow Wow grounds) for any purpose whatsoever. Pow Wow Grounds are under the jurisdiction of the Western Cherokee Nation. Possession or introduction of alcoholic beverages, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated or otherwise chemically impaired, possession of concealed firearms and possession or introduction of illicit drugs are each and all prohibited actions upon the Western Cherokee Nation Capitol Complex.
